What we collect

When you request a free Lead Leak Check, the form collects your website URL and email address. If you email zach@leadleakfix.com, we receive whatever you choose to send. We do not require a public phone number to request a check.

If you call or text our phone number, we also get your phone number and the details described under "Calls, voicemail and texts" below.

Why we collect it

We use that information to deliver the Lead Leak Check and to follow up. When the findings suggest a fit, we may invite a Revenue Systems Call to discuss a Response Path Fix. We do not run a lead-list product.

Who processes form submissions

Form submissions go to our own intake system. After a submission reaches us, we handle follow-up by email.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits, which pages are viewed, and when someone taps the phone number or reaches the confirmation page after the Check form. It does not receive the contents of the form. Google Analytics uses cookies for this.

Calls, voicemail and texts

Calls to our phone number go through our phone service. It keeps a record of each call: the number you called from, the time, and how long the call lasted.

If you leave a voicemail, our phone service stores the message and makes a written transcript of it, which it also stores.

We don't record calls.

We don't send text messages from this number today. If you text us, our phone service keeps the message.

We use these details to get back to you and to handle your request.

What we do not claim

We do not sell lead lists as a product. We do not claim SOC 2, HIPAA compliance, CCPA certification, or specific encryption standards on this site. Those would overstate how a small services business currently operates.

How long we keep it

We keep check requests and related correspondence as long as needed to deliver the work, answer follow-up, and keep ordinary business records.

We haven't set a time limit for call records, voicemails, transcripts and texts in our phone service, and nothing is deleted automatically.

Your choices

Email zach@leadleakfix.com to ask what we have on file or to ask us to stop follow-up. We handle that as a small team, not through an automated portal.

To ask what call records we have on file, email zach@leadleakfix.com. You can also ask us to delete call records, voicemails, transcripts and texts. We handle these requests by hand.
